We've chosen PayPal as our exclusive e-commerce partner. PayPal is the global
leader in online payments, with 50 million account members worldwide. PayPal
allows you to place secure online orders easily and quickly:
1. Select the books
and/or tapes of your choice.
Just click "Add to Cart" to place each item in your
shopping cart. Change your mind? No problem. You can remove any book or tape from
your cart before finalizing your order. You can view your shopping cart at any time
by clicking the "View Cart" button at the
bottom of this page. (You'll also find it on the Books and Writing
Tips pages.)
2. Complete the online PayPal order
form after you've made your selections. Just click the "View Cart" button to proceed to checkout, then enter your information.* Shipping
& handling is only $4 per order to any U.S. address, no matter
how many books or tapes you buy. (Shipping to Canada is US$7 per order. Shipping
to all other countries is US$10 per order.)

please give the first name of the person to whom each book should be
signed. If you prefer no autograph, leave this box blank
or say "no autograph." |
3. Pay with the credit card of your
choice: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. If you're an established
PayPal customer, you can also pay via e-check. PayPal's secure
server assures you of confidentiality and security. It's that simple! Once
PayPal receives your order, your books and/or tapes will arrive
at your doorstep within a few days. (Delivery to international customers
takes longer.) The charge will appear on your credit card statement or checking account as "PayPal."
Mail orders
Ordering online lets you enjoy speedy delivery and the convenience of paying by
credit card. But if you'd prefer to order by mail and pay by check or
money order, just print out a mail-order form for books
or tapes.
